NORTH Risk (part of "Howden Group") has acquired Joblife A/S. The Company, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Allerød, Denmark, is an authorized work environment advisor that builds on more than 40 years of experience as an occupational health and safety specialist in all professional areas. Joblife, that employs approved consultants for mandatory occupational health and safety training, has five offices located across Denmark. The purpose of the Transaction was to help drive Howden’s Risk Prevention agenda. According to Management of the Company, Joblife will also benefit from cross-sales with Howden’s vast client base and, generally, longer-lasting projects for clients.
