Optimum Ventilation A/S

InstallatørGruppen, backed by Private Equity fund FSN Capital, acquired Optimum Ventilation A/S, a Danish contractor founded in 2017 specializing in ventilation and indoor climate solutions. Optimum Ventilation develops solutions for all types of buildings located across Denmark, including residential buildings, commercial properties, offices, institutions, industrial facilities, cultural venues, and more. This transaction, which adds to its previous six acquisitions of ventilation firms, further strengthens InstallatørGruppen's existing expertise in the Danish market for indoor climate solutions. At InstallatørGruppen, Optimum Ventilation joins a group of more than 20 leading Danish firms within ventilation, cooling systems, electricity, plumbing, and fiber.
