Nordic Climate Group, backed by Altor Equity Partners, has further strengthened its position as Denmark's largest refrigeration installation and servicing company by acquiring Findan Køle- og Elteknik. The company was founded in 2014 by Thomas Thygesen and Henning Vestergaard, and is a key player in turnkey solutions for super markets and other commercial enterprises. Located in Allingåbro, the company has built a strong local presence while maintaining a significant presence throughout Denmark.
