Nordic Climate Group has expanded its presence in Denmark with the acquisition of Kølegruppen. Kølegruppen is a well-established provider of cooling systems and heat pumps for industrial customers, bakeries, hotels, data centres, and more. The transaction perimeter includes three companies: Kølegruppen, headquartered in Silkeborg with operations across Jutland; Kølegruppen Øst, serving Copenhagen and the rest of Zealand; and Bundgaard Køleteknik in Vejle, which operates nationwide.
With this acquisition, Nordic Climate Group broadens its offering in Denmark and strengthens its position in the region.
