Nordic Climate Group, backed by Altor Equity Partners, expands its presence in Northwest Jutland with the acquisition of Buus Køle-Service, marking the third acquisition on Mors following the acquisitions of Buus Køleteknik and Buus Ice in 2023. Founded in 2007, Buus Køle-Service offers refrigeration solutions to grocery stores and other commercial businesses across Northern Denmark. The company already has well-established partnerships with SA-AL Køleteknik and PVN Køleteknik, both part of Nordic Climate Group.
