BDO Corporate Finance has assisted Nordic Climate Group on the acquisition of Buus Køleteknik, Buus Ice, and Nordkøl.

The three players act as service providers of refrigeration solutions for both commercial and industrial purposes. The group consists of service engineers with professional experience in sales, installation, and service for cooling- and air-conditioning solutions.
