Nordic Climate Group

Nordic Climate Group, backed by Altor Equity Partners, completed its third acquisition this month with the acquisition of Nordfrost. Founded in 1978 and located in Esbjerg, Nordfrost offers customised turnkey solutions and service of cooling systems, particularly focusing on the industrial and offshore segments, with strong capabilities in CO2 refrigeration systems. This acquisition bolsters Nordic Climate Group's presence in the Danish market and enhances its marine offerings. Following the acquisition of Nordfrost, Nordic Climate Group Denmark comprise of nine Danish companies with approximately 200 employees.
