BioCirc Group has acquired the biogas-related activities in DLG, which is one of Europe’s leading firms within Energy, Food and Housing that is also a minority shareholder in BioCirc. DLG is a cooperative owned by 25,000 Danish farmers and headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark. In specific, BDO Deal Advisory assisted BioCirc in carving out the biogas activities from DLG Service. The purpose of the transaction was to acquire inventory and key biogas-related contracts from DLG Service A/S, which are highly relevant to BioCirc’s business. With this strategic acquisition, BioCirc gains further relevant insights and contracts, while strengthening its ongoing collaboration with DLG.
