Living Suites has acquired a minority share in Nord Collection A/S and its subsidiaries. Nord Collection ("NC"), founded in 2017, operates a Group of hotel apartments in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark. During the past couple of years, NC has achieved a high growth, predominantly driven by opening a range of new hotels. The Company's hotels primarily target short-term stay guests that seek prominent areas throughout downtown Copenhagen and Aarhus. The minority investment allows Living Suites to join and contribute to NC's growth journey going forward, as the Company plans to continue its expansion in the years to come. Further, Living Suites also brings with them a wealth of experience with operating a hotel apartment north of Copenhagen that Nord Collection will directly benefit from.
