Confirma Software, a leading Nordic provider of vertical enterprise software solutions, has completed its second acquisition on Denmark. The acquired company, SmartTID ApS, is a Danish SaaS company focused on delivering smart time recording and registration systems for manufacturing, agricultural, transporation, and logistics customers. With the acquisition of SmartTID, Confirma Software has strengthened its position in Denmark and gained a valuable product that will be offered across a large part of their 12,500 subscription customers in the Nordics. Following the acquisiton, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of more than € 65 million and more than 400 employees.
