ThermoNova

ThermoNova was founded in Denmark in 2016 and manufactures and supplies a new type of high-capacity modular heat pumps, particularly suitable for industrial companies. In 2022, ThermoNova delivered DKK 19m in EBITDA. The expected total price for 51% of the sares, including a variable amount and newly issued shares, amounts to DKK 174m of which DKK 164m is paid at closing. According to Solar, the acquisition of ThermoNova will further strengthen their strategic focus on Climate & Energy and offers strong solutions for its existing industrial customer base.
